Mark Watkins	67f0cf443b	Implemented font texture caching ... This seems to be quite a bit faster and solves the wavy line problems on mac. I implemented a switch so this can be turned on/off in gGraphView::DrawTextQue() change use_pixmap_cache to false to turn it off. Mark Watkins	f8c82c4944	RemStar MSeries importer stub. Added support for overlapping sessions in one day, as it was giving incorrect Day->hours() values. Should fix whacky ResMed S9 session lengths (not stop overlapping sessions from happening though, but may not need to)	2012-01-25 01:51:11 +10:00
